Founded in Guernsey, Optimise is a financial decision automation and integration specialist operating throughout the Channel Islands and the UK.
We take a people-centric view of software development. While we love programming languages and tech, we firmly believe people are more important to successful technical projects.
We emphasise lifestyle in our business. We’re here to do great things for our customers and live great lives and we love sharing that with our team. They don’t exist to churn out code, they’re great human beings who make our work outstanding.
