As founding partner, Tim has a vision to bring automation services to those companies who either want to take the 1st step on their digital journey or to mature their existing offering. During a career in IT spanning over 25 years Tim’s been privileged to work for some amazing global companies, being exposed to and mastering leading edge technology.

Joshua is a highly skilled and experienced software development leader whose work spans a variety of industries over more than two decades. He’s spent that time helping organisations build not only their software products, but also their software development teams, including managing fully remote teams in the UK for over a decade.

Seb is the engine room of the Optimise team. An IT professional of almost 30 years there’s very little Seb can’t tackle. As an engineer he ‘just gets it’ regardless of the challenge – he will find a solution. Seb is never happier than when he’s fixing what’s broken or automating everything from database migrations to provisioning development or test environments.

Kyle brings a lot to the Optimise team. He's logical and methodical, but able to think outside the box. Even better, he's got a great personality that really makes him a joy to work with.

Will adds a huge amount of excitement and passion to the team. He’s got an analytical approach to problem-solving and a huge appetite to learn and grow. All things we love.
